I would recommend following magazines like Computer Music and Future Music, as they have DVDs with top producers in their studios giving all sorts of tips about sound synthesis, and there are always many house producers there.

Check out the forums at SeriousSounds. Really great bunch of people and you will find what you are after and then some... ;'P
