Automating OSC1 Wave Select/PW. Can't find the option.
 

I've automated the LFO, and other parts in Logic. I'm having trouble finding the option to select from the dropdown to automate the Wave Select/PW for OSC 1.

Any idea what it's called?

Here's what I am trying to do. Which option is it?

Internally it's "Osc1WavSel" on my Indigo.

Hmm. I don't seem to have that option. That's strange. Automating that would give me some awesome sounds for creating the bassline.

From your sig. That would be out of this world if that was possible.

It don't look possible. If I set the automation onto Latch on logic, and move the knobs, it will automatically pick it up. But with Wave Select it don't.

I wonder if I can assign the Wave Select knob on VST to the knob on the virus. Let me try that.

Edit: The Wave Select knob won't even send midi data, although the rest of them do. How strange!

You would've thought it'd had to have been there somewhere... You need the same knob to modulate Pulse Width when Square is selected as the oscillator waveform.

If you right click the knob inside the TI plugin, does the option Add control to automation come up?

No. And strangely enough it's the only option that does not have any automation possibilities. It's not a knob, its a drop down list of waves.
