Virus TI and Mac/Logic not playing ball
 

Hi All

My Virus and Macpro aren't working together and if im honest, never have done but ive just put up with it. I have upgraded the firmware and OS to the latest versions along with updating my logic package.

The problem seems to be a sync problem between the two, i get constant crackles and timing issues when i hit play in my DAW. I have recorded the noises i hear and have uploaded for you to listen..

Anyone any ideas please?

Just need to add, if i hot a key on my controller keyboard it seems to reset the two and sounds fine.

No one any ideas on this? Im surely not the only one to have this issue?

Is your Virus on it's own USB port/hub thingamebob?

Mine got a lot better after I spent a day finding the port the Virus was happiest with. Saying that though I've still got an ongoing problem with mine which I haven't had the time to properly sort out, since the OS update I've started to get noise spewed out at me from time to time whether Logics sequencer is running or not.
