Need help with creating two lead sounds!!

Hi!
I'm pretty much new to access virus and creating my own sounds. Still learning and thats why I'm asking for a little help.
I want to create two lead sounds. The main lead sound from this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lctrfB9QNUA and the other one starts at 1:55.
