[unsolved] Virus C constantly cutting out
 

Hi,
Im a new member to the forum as I just bought a used virus C desktop off ebay from a 100% feedback buyer. I owned a KC a long time ago but had to sell due to financial issues and have missing it ever since. Anyways, hate to be posting first post about a problem but I think the synth I bought is f*$%d.

My problem is that the synth has a tendency to cut out and crackle then completely stop working. Works fine if I restart the unit, but same problem comes back. Seems to be when Im tweaking the knobs that it craps out the most. If I use the only the headphones I get the same results so Im pretty sure its not my interface/daw. Ive looked around the internet and have seen this problem discussed but never saw if anyone has got this problem resolved. Any suggestions before I contact the seller?
