Possible to connect to midi controller using single midi cable?
 

For as long as I have been using midi I have used the midi send/receive to USB cables... now I want to hook my axiom straight to my TI2 without using my laptop as a midi middle man...*ahem*

I tried hooking up a single midi cable in both configurations (out to in and in to out) and got no results... do I need ANOTHER single midi cable so that I can have the in going to the out and out going to the in? Thanks!!

You need to connect this way: Axiom MIDI Out -> Virus MIDI In
- Make sure the MIDI Channel is the same on both.
- The Virus must not be connected by USB to the computer.
- Make sure the Axiom is configured to send MIDI data on MIDI port, instead of USB cable.
