VC scrolling through presets problem
 

So I've had the Snow for a little while and really love the thing. Only problem I have with it is not being able to scroll through presets, rather needing to double click each one, which becomes quite tedious after a while. I searched and found that the arrow keys on the keyboard are supposed to be used, however, for some reason mine aren't switching the patches. The arrow keys on my PC keyboard work for everything else so I know it isn't faulty. Is there a setting in VC or on the unit itself? :confused: Any suggestions?
