Browser issues

Anyone having problems displaying the forum on any browsers at all?

Just noticed this on my iPad:

Thought the site may have been tampered with at first, however the forum displays normally on Firefox (PC), Chrome (PC), Internet Explorer (PC), Safari (PC), and Chrome mobile (iPad). Seemingly only affects mobile Safari (on the iPad).

Just pulled it up on Safari on the iPad (3rd Gen) and did not get the smiley faces, it looked fine for me.
