Stumbled across this one...here's how we shared patches old-school!

On the DX-7, those values needed to be entered pressing membrane buttons! Hehe... If you don't recall what the display on a DX-7 looked like, might want to dig up a Google image.

Oh well, when an accomplished artist offers you a free sound you take it and say thank you sir may I have another :D
