Virus KC - output problem

Hi, i have a problem with outputs.

When I play, works only L/Output 1. When I connecting second jack to R/MONO sound disappear (both jack connected to L/R Output 1). After soft reset defects occur again.

Need help

False alarm :) Someone gave me mono cables with stereo Jacks. Between cables and Jacks was bad connection.
