SOLVED: read "hot to do MIDI dumps" still can't figure out how to dump Virus C to TI2
 

- on the virus C....how do i initialize a total dump of banks A and B to my TI2?
in the virus C i only see a "store to flash" function for banks to be written to its own banks and not to midi out.

- after that how do i direct those banks to TI2 banks Y and Z?

It is not possible to directly send sounds to the Virus TI2s ROM Banks.
You can only dump them into one of the 4 RAM Banks of the Virus TI2.

Once they are in there, you can store them to the ROM Banks via the "burn to flash" function in the Virus Control Center.

To start a dump on the Virus C you need to:

1) enter the SYSTEM menu

2) search for the menu entry MIDI DUMP TX.
(The "TX" stands for "transmit")

3) select which data you want to transfer
(select only RAM Bank A or RAM Bank B)

4) hit the STORE button
