Please help identifying transistors in Virus

Hello

It would be great if someone knows or someone could pop the bottom off of their Virus B (or C) and let me know the values of the transistors that are circled in red in the photos.

Just what is written on each transistor is all I need (including which transistor info is which as they are different e.g. details of one closest regulator then details of the one closest the 3 chips to the right) - there are 2 transistors in the area, each photo shows from different angles.

The picture is of a Virus C - it's a Virus B i'm working on but I think they are the same in this part of the circuit.

I was recapping a Virus that wouldn't boot - it then booted but is acting erratic - I found a short on the regulator and these 2 transistors were charred (hence why I can't read off them) around the LM2575 regulator.

Thank you.

The one closest to the regulator is a BS250 (P-Channel MOSFET)

The one closest to the three chips on the right is a BS170 (N-Channel MOSFET)

I think they are part of an inverter circuit to generate the negative supply that the 79L08 regulator uses to create the -8V Analog supply.
