Virus C goes mute!!
 

Hello fellow virus people,

My favorite synth is hurt and i need some help. After a catastrophic rain and flood which caused power failures in my apartment my Virus C is damaged.

It powers on and after some seconds it goes mute and the LFO leds are not pulsating anymore. Also going thru the menus and presets seems a bit sticky.

I tried to load the OS again (6.5). The first time i got this message "Error Number 1, DSP-RAM Failed! "

In a second attempt it actually load the O.S and i played for a couple of hours without any problem. But the other day it went mute again.

I tried to downgrade the OS in to 6.0 but again the same story.

I can't understand if its a software or hardware problem there and access does not respond to me..

Any ideas/suggestions?
