Mod Wheel Fix for Virus TI Polar - Need new Potentiometer

I need to replace the potentiometer for the modulation wheel in my Virus TI Polar,

This what written on it: 10K 505M PIHER

Photos included...

Does anybody know where can I find a suitable potentiometer?
