"Mode" Midi CC

Hi
I recently bough a TI2 and my purpose is to control it thru midi only for live purpose. Everything is going fine so far except that i can't find the control change assign to "mode" parameter (classic, hypersaw ...).
On this link http://elektron-users.com/index2.php...=520&Itemid=30 there is no mode parameter either for oscillator 1 or 2.
Does someone know if there are rectriction about that in TI OS ?
Thanks

Hi, welcome to the forum.

I'm not too familiar with every MIDI CC, but I don't think switching between oscillator modes is immediately accessible.

It's possible you may be able to do it with SysEx, however:-

VirusTI-SysEx-BankA-D.pdf

From the above:

Oscillator 1 model = Page C, CC29
Oscillator 2 model = Page C, CC34
Oscillator 3 model = Page B, CC41

However if it is indeed inaccessible to you, could one possibility be to make a Multi containing several identical Singles, each having different oscillator modes preset, and then switch between them within the Multi when needed? Of course if you have tweaked any knobs in a live performance these would be reset when you switched between each Single.

thanks for the reply
yes it is possible with sysex, the manual wasn't very explicit on that.

i found the solution here
http://www.infekted.org/virus/showth...highlight=midi

for osc1 it is
F0 00 20 33 01 10 6E 40 1E DV F7
with DV in the range 0 - 7 and no checksum required
