Can't restore Virus Ti to factory settings. HELP!

In urgent need of help!

My Virus Ti Desktop is being returned to the dealer tomorrow. Collection has been arranged in the morning.

I'm finding it IMPOSSIBLE to restore it to its original factory shipping condition. I have overwritten patches RAM-A0 to RAM-A7.

I understand from the manual that, "The RAM banks of the Virus TI contain a showcase of sounds selected from the ROM banks, so you needn’t worry about replacing any of them. Should you wish to restore them to their original state at any time, we have saved them as libraries in the Patches folder, which you can access with the Browser in Virus Control." Trouble is the library files are NOWHERE to be found. They don't get installed, the patch folder is empty and there are no downloads on the Access site. I've looked all over the internet for patch lists etc.

You can't do it in Virus Control Centre. No files get installed to restore from. There aren't any current factory patches on the Access website. I can't find any patch lists anywhere.

This is very frustrating.
