Will TI allow you to give parts their own audio tracks?
 

Because desktop TI has 16 parts can you give some parts their own audio tracks so if you had say 4 or 6 parts you could render all the virus parts to audio in 1 pass?

Yes. But even with a full TI, you can still run into note-stealing and timing issues, when trying to render too many tracks at once. If you have any complex patches, things start to get dodgy at around 5 or 6 tracks, IME.
