Problem with Software Installer in Windows 10
 

I'm trying to install the latest software (5.1.1.0), but every time I try to run the installer, I get an error message saying that "there's a problem with the installer. A DLL file could not be run."

I'm trying to install this on a Windows 10 machine.

What do I need to do? Is the software even compatible on Windows 10?

I'm a new Virus Access user and I haven't even had the chance to use the TI feature yet.

Yes it works with Windows 10.

The error message you refer to has something at the end of it that is conspicuously omitted above :)

The complete message is : "There is a problem with the Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. "

So I would try Access support forums for specific next steps.
