Load user presets (3rd party) into TI snow in hardware mode (midi)

Hello,

I want to use my Access TI Snow in midi mode (hardware mode) without the TI functionality.
How can I load user presets / 3rd party presets into the TI Snow without using the total integration functionality? I'm using Logic Pro X.
