only thing not ok is the Powersupply...somehow loose contacts:
the standyby somehow is off...

finally here,but entering with my first problem.
spend hours with reading here and uninstalling software.

I made the bbig mistake to upgrade to 3.0.1!
and there is no way to get the TI Snow...
