TI2 pitch cannot follow a simple diagonal line wtf

I've noticed that when drawing a straight line to automate pitch the TI2 just can't do it. Sounds like it's "stepping up" instead of just a straight, smooth rise...anyone else have this problem?...

Midi expression pedal only covers half the range of the filter

I assigned an expression pedal to control the filter of the virus, however it only covers a range from 67-127.... i have tried over and over starting with the pedal in both full up and down positions...

When I want to write automation, I set the automation mode to "latch" and fiddle with whatever I am trying to change instead of reading through multiple dropdown...
