The one closest to the regulator is a BS250...

The one closest to the regulator is a BS250 (P-Channel MOSFET)

The one closest to the three chips on the right is a BS170 (N-Channel MOSFET)

I think they are part of an inverter circuit to generate...

Need Virus B Schematic/Service Manual

Does anybody have a schematic or service manual for a Virus B that they could send me?

I can see the (filled) note symbol on the screen when running MIDI data into the unit but I almost never get...
