a reply came from access music support..they also asked me if i tried any other usb cable...i told them that i tried everything. They think that there must a problem...

yea i can update it via usb...and also tried 3 different usb cables...i have a problem with both of my macs i guess..i have a macbook pro and a mac pro..one with tiger the other with leopard. Snow...

The main problem is i can see the snow in the usb section of mac...mac sees it in a way :( just cant open control center and crashes every squancer i used with it. but as a soundcard its ok. :/

I dont know about the usb ports in Mac Pro..but my virus ti snow doesnt work in mac pro, macbook pro..works in windows tho. Tried 5 ports...

i have the same problem...but switching languages...

i have the same problem...but switching languages didnt help at all...same problem with both ableton and logic...also cannot open the virus control center...dont know what to do...by the way i tried...

Im new here and i bought Access Virus Ti Snow a month ago..i installed it as its told in the guide..using Leopard with Mac pro. But i cant open control center of virus...i also cant load the...
