How to modulate the PWM of OSC3?

I want to recreate the hoover, which is basically 3 pulse OSC's, tuned 3 octaves from eachother with PWM and chorus. I know how to LFO the one on OSC1 + 2, but is there an option for OSC3?

What I believe a z-plane does is morph from completely lowpassed, to unfiltered, to completely hipassed. So from 0-63 = fully lowpassed...
