Along with reading the owners manual this is the best advice that I was given. Sound design is an art in itself which requires years of practice. Anyone can manipulate someone elses sounds, butt to come up with a sound in your head & make it a reality is one of those things that makes this life worth living. Enjoy Oh yea don't be afraid to ask questions, cause there will be many especially when you start getting into sources & destinations. I still have trouble sometimes trying to anticipate what effect this amount will have on this destination. For making those growling bass lines, there is no comparison. Then run it thru an Emu & use all its effects. That's how the I do it. Whole new world.
Thanks for the helping tips and advise. As good as this synth sounds, I will dig deep into it, and try to learn it as you say, to know it inside-out.
I did that with my first sampler a long time ago, and it payd of!

Usualy im not a manual type of guy, exept if it realy is worth the time it takes for me! And im pretty shure about this one!

Actualy im supriced I did not know of this before, ive been through all other hardware synths. Its many years ago I tested the first virus, and did not like it to much back then. Dont remeber why. Now it is THE perfect synth for the music I have been doing the last 3 years. Actualy no other synths come close to fulfill my needs like this one. Its right on, where others need a lot of time and tweek, to get the sound im looking for, the virus shines as a perfect tool to save my fast inspiration flows, down into music!
