The Ti does have a Vocoder on it.
Yes, the DSP is like a processor (Intel, AMD e.t.c.) as that is what it does -process (
Digital
Signal
Processor)
Dual means that there is another processor in the Ti on top of the single processor used in the Virus C or B although I'm not 100% on that.
