i bought a second hand virus b from ebay a couple of months ago. so far access tech support havent cared a jot that my virus is second hand although that said ive never had any problems with it that required it to be sent back to base. they are pretty friendly though and it seems like access really care about their customer relations so i dont expect them to leave me in the lurch with no way out. i dont mind paying to get my virus fixed if it does at some point breakdown. maybe i should send them an email and ask about this eventuality...
EDIT: also, virus b desktops are soooooo badly the way to go

waay cheaper than the virus c, for most intents and purposes sounds exactly the same minus a few bits and bobs like the EQ which can be done externally anyway and the moog filter which im not too fussed about. virus b's are also plentiful on ebay.
