You need to to do two things:
a) Set all multu partsparts you wish to affect with the same modwheel sweep to the same midi channel that you send the modwheel from.
b) Make sure all of the patches you hope to control are set to respond to Modwheel in the first place (i.e. in the modmatrix). |

Well, its a Virus A, not B as I previously thought when I wrote this question, and it does not have a modmatrix.. And it is a desktop version, so it does not have a modweel or a modweel setup config in the menu..
