I use these guys for hosting my site,
http://www.t7online.dk, they got nice technical support, almost no downtime and you get a warning, like, a week or two if they need to update or move the servers which takes no time at all anyway.
Recently, they moved the TrueBasic disk space from 1 to 10 GB which is nice, except the fact that they only apply it to new customers. You're not getting the most for your money regarding disk space and bandwith here but i sure as hell do like their support services and the Cpanel that follows (to edit your site and access features like POP3 emails ect. easily and fast.).
Dirt cheap, as the rest of the hosting companies.
