Definitely contact Citizen's Advice tomorrow Sebastian. I don't know what they're called in Swedish. You should be able to call the Town Hall and ask them who they are. They will give you free advice about what to do next.

You should also contact a lawyer mate. Tell them you think you have a strong case against Netviq.

Contact Netviq and tell them <in a calm manner> that you are now in the process of taking legal advice about the matter, and that they might want to start reviewing the case. You might want to do this in writing and send it registered post. Remember to keep a copy for yourself, you'll need it later. Keep the tone VERY STRAIGHT. Don't get angry in writing ever.

Apart from on here, of course. Do it mate. You'll feel much better.
