1. Find generic 808 Sample
2. Add various combinations of short reverb, distortion, eq and of course compression/envelope shaping - try different orders of doing stuff.

A kick has a whole bunch of elements to it - mid range will let it be heard on crappy systems, the mid/high gives it a slap that gives it real impact, the resonant boom gives it the deep low sub bass, and then in the low mid, there is the early resonant boom which gives it the initial punch - and this is the bit you often want to shape alot, along with the slap part.


Or just go out and buy Stylus RMX.


If you mean do it on the TI - then there is an 808 kick patch in the presets - its a bit weak, but easy to tweak into something with rather more impact.
