The latency was my Prob. too, jusing FL Studio 8.0.0 ( i know i know FL ... ^^ ) but when i set Latency to 10 ms - 8 ms it was just fine
... or Try to Set the Virus as the "Sound card". Should fix your problems if not than ... :S im sorry for you hehehe ^^ ... ah yeah and never forget Panic key !
