Cheap option would be an audio patch bay - about 40-80 quid *UK, not really worth paying anymore than that, will help routing but you will need to move those patch leads for the signal.
Cheap Mackie mixer something like a tapco.
A good multi input soundcard for less than 500quid would be an Echo Audiofireface.

Can have great fun with sounds and beats with a cross fade when creating music
