As a suggestion Nutrino' why don't you start with a simple selection of maybe 5 patches from the presets and upload them to rapidshare or a similar server. Post the link, people can download ,upload to soundcloud or similar and provide a time frame for submissions.
As long as they are not from other copyrighted soundbanks/patches being redistributed all should be fine
