Not sure about the TI (I've never owned one), but you cannot do it with the previous Viruses (Virus C, B, etc.).

Closest thing you'll get is modulating the Oscillator Shape parameter between Triangle (PCM waveshape) and Saw (upward sawtooth). To do this, set the Osc1 Shape knob to 32 and change the WaveSel waveform to Tri, then change LFO1 to sine or triangle and set the LFO destination to Osc1Shape with an amount of 32, and a rate of your choice.

However even this is simply a crossfade, not an algorithmic morphing ramp like the LFO contours can do.

I cant seem to find the answer anywhere. I have seen people talking about the contour doing this for the LFO but as yet cannot find a way to make the normal oscillators perform what I assumed was a relatively simple thing.
It might seem a relatively simple thing but it isn't a mainstream feature of synths. I'm not sure if any synths do allow this, I've never seen any, but if any do they will be relatively few.

I know it would slightly more complex than modulating a ramp waveform via a simple knob, but it would be nice if a future TI could allow you to import your own waveforms and allow you to wavetable between them to create your own transitions. However I'm unable to test on a TI and therefore am not sure how the wavetables are animated - whether the TI simply crossfades between the waveforms in the wavetables (like PCMs) or if the waveforms are algorithmically/vector generated and the wavetable mathematically morphs between them - I am unable to glean this from the manual, although I hazard a guess they're simply all crossfaded.
