I have a dead key on my TI2 polar as well and your photo tutorial was a big help - thanks. I'm also trying to replace the LCD cover as it's scratched, but it seems to be screwed in from underneath the PCB
If anyone has successfully replaced their LCD screen cover on a TI2, please let me know the trick of getting the old one out.
