There's nothing wrong with quick n dirty amp sims as long as they don't take away from the core featureset. My virus is not very often touring, so they're of limited use to me, but they're pretty handy outside of the studio. The distortion boxes are also probably of limited use to me normally, but - and this is a huge reggaeton badonkin but - when you start including features like arp-to-matrix, suddenly EVERYthing has potential.
