Find yourself some free webspace...Search google for free webspace...
when you have sorted that out upload your MP3 file with an FTP program or some free webspace sites have there own upload program built in...
then you have to put in the link name on the forum..For example
http://www.freewebspace.com/name_of_song.mp3
oh yeah try to get a minimum of 50 MB freewebspace so you can upload at least 8 tracks...
