Virus KB with dedicated Headphone Out
I was re-reading the Sound on Sound article from Feb 2000, when I noticed the mention that the KB does not have a dedicated headphone out. "Well that's not true, mine does." I thought. And it does, right next to the two footswitch jacks.
I remember reading somewhere that when updating the OS you have to determine if the Virus was one of two versions, which can be determined by one of two letters visible on start-up (I forget what they are, T and S or something?)
I've looked online, and it appears that some KB's have the headphone jack, and some don't, but I've never seen this mentioned. Was there a "second run", and that could be the difference with the two start-up letters?
