Hi there, took a listen.
Sounds resonant with a third tone, and a fair amount of ambient reverb sustain/release and distortion.
You can get close with patch "Moon PadJS" (it's on bank/preset number C-53, although not sure if yours will be the same) if you hold down the notes G#5 and B5 together.
Actually, on testing, a large number of other patches sound equally similar if you use those two same notes. Not sure if the original uses the filter resonance to create the third tone instead, though.
