Honestly, I just find the Virus TI GUI was easier to stare at and use. I think that Waldorf may have made their synth interface a bit too shiny for my taste.

In terms of sound, I was surprisingly not very impressed, certainly can't compete with the Virus TI in my personal opinion. I have my 30 day demo from today though, so I plan to continue playing with it over the coming weeks to make my final decision.

You make some good observations though mate, and I agree, esp with the EQ curve, that would be incredibly useful.
