Your login is independent from the product registration.
If you have trouble logging in, you should contact Access Support. However, if you can't even access the public areas I would assume it's rather a problem with your web browser configuration that with the website itself.
Once you can log into the website, go to
Support > Product Registration to register your newly acquired Virus.
