Because of its size the Snow doesn't have an inbuilt transformer, it uses an external 12V DC PSU, the label of which you'll need to look at. If your current TI Snow PSU is like mine and it says it is 100-240V, 50~60Hz then it can auto-sense and switch between voltages. All you would need then is a plug adapter or cable (if detachable) so you can insert it into whatever plug socket the country uses.

The UK, Italy, mainland Europe and US all use different plugs and plug-sockets, so you would need to check depending on what country you're in:-

If your PSU says 110-127V only, then it is not compatible with the UK, Italy or mainland Europe as they use 220-240V. You would need to acquire a 110-240Volt AC, 50-60Hz, 0.55Amp to 12Volt DC 2Amp PSU - (my PSU = ads0243-u120200) - with corresponding plug socket depending on country.
