Ti seems like a strange choice in synths for you seeing as you are so into the 80's thing. Why wouldnt you spend the money on vintage instead??? Then you are assured of real 80's sounds!

The Ti might be a bit too 21st century for your taste???

Jase.....Ive sold my vintage synth to my friends....but I still have access to them (excuse the pun) and use them frequently. I use a Prophet 5, Pro-One, Mono-Poly (A m8 of mine bought a JP. Hmmm...+ I use a little toy called the Casio CZ3000 hehe. I have anough vintage gear to use for the time being. I'd love to get a CS80...but they cost like ?4500 (Fully restored and serviced).

Now that the TI range has been launched and has addressed some of my irritations of the KC model....i'll buy it. In the C model I was frustrated that I couldnt play large moog filter pad sounds without note drops. Simultaneous reverb and delay is also very handy for me whilst at uni. Hypersaw will address my concerns over the 'slighty' weak sawtooth...and wavetable.....well im really looking forward to experimenting with that.

With the hypersaw its variable....I would like to experiment using subtle amounts....it will probably give it the edge that I thought the C was lacking.

As of this moment...Ive allocated the money and considering pre-ordering.

Fuck it! I have gear lust too, so I'm gunna get something off my chest as there is no way I'll be buying a TI in the near future.

That white screen is so early 90s boy band. Umm... Maybe if it had a cool name like....ummm....Virus PLAGUE, I'd buy it! USB2 will be soon outdated with the newer versions of windows, because microsoft want to monopolize the USB format. (I'll find a link for that later).

And finaly - The VC looks much cooler!

Shit, that didn't make me feel better.

True, Virus-PLAGUE wouldve been cooler. Or how about just THE VIRUS......a Virus to end ALL Virus'

Oh, and about the USB2 thing.....Sucked in!!!!! Thats what you get for using PC and not MAC (HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Watch me rub it in)
