Default V-synth XT. Another Namm rumor released!

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet here, but I was doing some research about the OS2.0 for the V-synth and found this.

No, it isn't one of my hoaxes.

It's not a hoax at all.

Few days ago it was already on the Namm page of Roland.
It dissapeared, but following the link will get you on the same page.

The thing that bugs me is that it is missing the time trip pad. Now, I have neve played a vsynth, but that, to me, seems to be one of the coolest features.

They may have programmed it into a touch screen menu. I know the V-synth screen can track movements accross the screen, so maybe a menu will just be an onscreen time trip pad. Specualting here though....

It's gunna be a cool Namm this year!!

I agree as well!

Looks like KORG knows how to do their marketing as well...
http://www.sweetwater.com/feature/korg/
Even tho this is not a product I'm looking forward to buy, this is what I call proper marketing(while the Access guys are either sleeping(which i doubt) or debugging the TI) :P

What I really like about that Korg synth is the fact that it has ultra-low aliasing osc...That's what bugging me with the Virus! Hopefully will be fixed with the TI
