Should be no issues there...MIDI clock will be sent and you can use the keyboard as normal
A quick google finds: A MIDI thru port provides a copy of the MIDI signal arriving at a corresponding MIDI in port. The data from the MIDI THRU socket can then go forward to the MIDI IN socket of another receiving device. Some devices, especially older drum machines, do not have a MIDI thru connection; a device without a MIDI thru connector must be placed at the end of a MIDI chain. To make life easier, there are simple hardware gadgets called MIDI Thru Units or splitters.

Looking over all your shit, it makes me hesitate to recommend more gear. Midiman makes a 3X8 midi thru box. It's convienent for such a situation.

by the way i tried to rout the midi man keyboard with the cubase midi channel by Usb (open a new midi channel in=USB keyboard out=virus ti synth)
and now the midi in is available but when i connect the midi cable and send midi clocks the ti refuse to sync he is waiting to get a clock through the usb (which i m only use it to rout the keyboard and the virus)
this is my new studio setup
* ti connect through usb + m-audio keyboard (usb), audiophile 192 midi in get midi clock from the other computer that send midi clock to all the external gear (ti) with the midi sport.
