come on you were just playing the keys with the microfon thats what all the noise is :P

Seriously though I'm now starting to hear more bugs coming through mine as well, they'll be fixed soon though I hope. Espescially as it was after you turned you computer off i'd say this isn't hardware but something that will be fixed.

Hope it's nothing serious mate

Yes shure, it is the noice of the keys, but the Virus is not generating any sound, just a few tones on each program, but the bas/lead sound works, that was the problem.

(not using USB(disconnected, dont work with Cubase SX3.1), but MIDI-cable)

Listening to that clip really made me burst out laughing....it does sound funny man. But on a serious note....your using the Polar right? To start with you had no problems? Does it matter which keys your pressing or is it totally random?

I dont know what it is...but the Virus has had so many long term faults and problems...fuck knows whats causing it. Perhaps this is why Access (as part of their trouble shooting process) are totally re-writing the OS once and for all....

Who knows....

But all this crap of burning speakers, faults, timing and other general weirdness is enough to put me off for a good long time...

Sounds like you have a hamster inside your TI

BTW the key noises are really expressive - you can just feel the frustration

Comedy gold!

One of the few times i've ever actually lmao'd.

... Then, I saw the word hamster and physically collapsed.... My mum came in from the other room to see what I was laughing at. The sample should go down in the Infekted/Sunesha audio demo hall of fame!

I think it illustrates the frustration perfectly, btw.

Sorry I can't actually help.

Timo

Yes a Polar, and yes it was a short time of period it had no problem .
This failure "worked" on all the keys, but not on all programs.

Maybe 1.1 this summer? ...Who knows
A perfect summer of 2006:
Virus TI Software 1.1 ,
Celemony Melodyne 3.1 upgrade (free upgrade),
and the new Moog Little Phatty synth (ordered).
