Hiya, and welcome to the forum, NA.
I can't speak for Access, but they do have a history of upgrading the OS until there is physically no more room left on the ROM or DSP power available. They continue to release minor OS upgrades long after various models are discontinued.
I can remember when their then-flagship Virus C had been out for a year or so and they released a large OS upgrade for it (taking it from OS v5 to OS v6), they also added microtuning to the B series at the same time, which was an unexpected yet very welcome addition (I've ended up using that aspect quite a bit).
That said, the TI has had two major OS upgrades since it was originally released in 2004. The original OS added Total Integration, the Hypersaw, Wavetables, programmable arpeggiator, individual delay/reverb per part, etc., over and above the Virus C, which was later followed by the first OS upgrade - TI OS v2 - which added many new oscillator types such as the graintables, pulse-width wavetables, formants, and also new functionality (such as section locking, new PCM wavetables, DSP complexity meter, new ROM banks, category search etc.). Then TI OS v2.7 added a whole lot more with the Atomizer, additional USB digital outputs (from 2 to 6), and even more ROM banks, so it's uncertain how much more they can add to the synth.
