The TI is a big upgrade from the C, in terms of extra features. Hypersaw, Graintables, Wavetables, Atomizer, total integration, inbuilt soundcard, independent reverb/delay per part, balanced outputs, more source/destination slots in the modulation matrix, larger patch storage, etc.
The Snow creates identical sounds to the TI. It just has less horsepower (polyphony, multi-timbrality), fewer physical/hardware features (fewer knobs, analog outs, etc.), and a different way of working.
However at this point in time I'd wait until Winter NAMM 2009 (15-18th January) to see what Access are up to, if anything.
