Default Lfo Rate Automation?

Hello everyone, first time Virus owner and I'm loving my snow. Well anyways sorry if this question has been done to death, but I'm hoping someone could help me out here. I looked in the manual and searched the forums, but no luck with my question.

I'm using ableton live to sequence my snow and what I have going on is a bass patch with LFO 2 modulating the cutoff on filters one and two at 1/6 sync rate. Well I want to automate LFO 2's sync Rate at different parts of my sequence but can't figure out how to do so in ableton's clip envelopes. I know you have to "add to automation" so you can see it in ableton, but when clicking on lfo 2 rate it does not have the option to do so... I also tried routing the Assign Amount for LFO 2 to LFO 2 rate and still nothing when I turn the assign knob. Can LFO Rate be automated with the sync enabled? Is there some sort of crazy routing I can do in the mod matrix? Sorry if this is all easy stuff to do as I am still learning this beast of a machine...

Thanks,

hi there~! congrats on your purchase, i'm sure you'll grow to love your synth very much but unfortunatly you cannot automate sync'd LFO values

what you can do however is google search BPM to LFO Rate values... then you will need to set your LFO values by hand on a non-sync value and go from there.
